If an atom has been selected (Cmd-Click on an atom): looks for the neighbor atoms of the selected atom.
If a block has been selected (Ctrl-Click on an atom): looks for the neighbor blocks of the selected block.
The search radius is set in the Utilities/'Steric Settings...' dialog.
